‘Mulla Mulla Farm’ is named after the WA native plant ‘Mulla Mulla’ (an aboriginal name for lamb’s tail) that grows in abundance on the farm and forms much of the lambs diet. We have been encouraging the plant’s proliferation on the farm and it arguably gives our lamb its distinctive flavour. There are many varieties of MM in Australia – our farm is plentiful with Green Mulla Mulla.
